Chromium Lead Silicate

Chromium lead silicate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula CrPbSiO5. It is a yellow crystal with a high precipitation temperature and solid-phase solubility. It is soluble in acid and alkaline solutions but insoluble in water. In addition, it has good electrical insulation and thermal stability.

1. Ceramic pigments: Chromium lead silicate is used as a pigment in the ceramic industry, which can provide bright colors to ceramic products.

2. Glass color enhancer: In the glass manufacturing process, it can be used as a color enhancer to improve the appearance of glass.

3. High-temperature durable ceramic products: Due to its good high-temperature resistance, chromium lead silicate is used in the manufacture of high-temperature porcelain, circuit substrates, etc.

4. Anti-rust pigments: Lead chromium silicate is used as a pigment in various metal anti-rust primers, especially in coatings that require water impregnation and corrosion resistance.

5. Coating application: It is also used in the preparation of chemical attack resistant coatings, pre-coating and maintenance coatings, coatings for agricultural chemicals and equipment, zinc-rich shielding coatings, coatings for anti-corrosion of marine facilities, water-based coatings, electrodeposition coatings, etc.

6. Electrical and Thermal Stability Applications: Due to its good electrical insulation and thermal stability, chromium lead silicate is also used in applications with high requirements for electrical and thermal stability.
